Hyperbots at FATE 2025
Two Days of Agentic AI, Big Conversations, and Bigger Wins

Hyperbots at FATE 2025: The Finance and Accounting Technology Expo 2025 brought together over 1,500 finance leaders, 100+ technology innovators, and 60+ sessions at the Javits Center in New York City. For two days, FATE was the place where the future of finance was not just discussed but demonstrated live. Returning as a Platinum Sponsor in 2025, Hyperbots stepped up its presence in a big way, bringing more sessions, more activations, and a bigger booth footprint to match. Hyperbots was right in the middle of it all at Booth #907.
On Stage: Three Sessions, One Message
Hyperbots took the stage three times across Day 1, and each session tackled a different angle of the same core idea: finance teams deserve AI that is built for them, not adapted from something generic.
Niyati Chhaya, Co-Founder and VP of AI/ML, opened the day at Theater 3 with a session on building a purpose-built LLM for the CFO office. Her talk drew a sharp distinction that resonated with the audience: dashboards tell CFOs what is happening, but a finance-native LLM tells them what should happen next. The session covered how such a system can deliver actionable insights across documents, data, and emails, generate real-time reporting on demand, support financial modeling and forecasting, and provide always-on industry intelligence.
Shortly after, Rajeev Pathak, CEO and Co-Founder, took Theater 2 to lay out the ROI case for Agentic AI in Finance and Accounting. The session walked through how leading finance teams are deploying AI agents across key functions, integrating them into existing systems without workflow disruption, and measuring real returns through accuracy and autonomy.
Later in the afternoon, Senior Account Executives Evan VanZutphen and Brad Boehmke ran a hands-on Stack Hack session showing exactly how Hyperbots' AI-native architecture enables autonomous finance execution, turning manual F&A workflows into something a team can actually delegate to AI.
The Booth: Demos, Dice, and a Cruise
Booth #907 was buzzing throughout both days. Attendees stopped in for live demos of Hyperbots' Agentic AI solutions, walked away with a clearer picture of how finance teams can eliminate manual effort, and stuck around for two crowd-favourite activations.
The Lucky Draw was a highlight. Congratulations to the winners:
iPhone 17: Clare Cunningham, VP of Finance, Conceptcsi
AirPods 4: Ginetta Stroescu, EVP and Controller, Apple Bank
AirPods 4: Don Kuckuck, CFO, Cascade Hardwood LLC
The Roll the Dice game kept the energy high across both days, giving attendees a shot at Echo Pops, AirTags, Hyperbots tees, and more with every demo visit.
And for a select group of senior finance leaders, the event extended beyond the Javits Center with an exclusive networking cruise along the NYC skyline, the perfect setting for deeper conversations about where Agentic AI in finance is headed.
What the Two Days Told Us
The conversations at FATE 2025 confirmed something we already believed: finance leaders are past the point of being impressed by AI in theory. They want to see it work, understand how it fits into their existing stack, and know what ROI looks like in practice. The depth of engagement at our booth and in our sessions reflected exactly that shift.
We left New York energized, with new relationships and a sharper sense of where the market is moving.
If you missed us at FATE, you can book a one-on-one live demo Here. We would love to show you what autonomous finance actually looks like.
